This site has been created as a forum for those concerned with the Montclair school system and the corporate-style changes that are taking place. As teachers are no longer featured at board of education meetings, as the MEA president is relegated to a short speaking spot during public comments as opposed to being on the agenda, as public speakers are given only three minutes to address serious matters with no immediate dialogue with the superintendent or the board, we have opened a space for these voices. There is much to be said about education in Montclair.
